If you do not love your items, Lulie will accept returns on any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of your order. All tags must still be attached. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note, all DockATots, Wonderfold Wagons, play kitchens and some other larger items are final sale.

All purchases past 14 days are final sale. Final sale merchandise includes sale merchandise, holiday and seasonal items, weekly deal, play kitchens, humidifiers, wagons, bassinets and accessories. Lulie is not responsible for any items that arrive damaged or are lost from shipment.

International orders are final sale.

We charge standard shipping rates for shipping on any US purchases under $100.  Shipping is FREE for all US purchases over $100*.
Shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 
International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

*Items not eligible for free shipping or flat rate shipping include our larger toys.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders are shipped via USPS.com Priority Mail or UPS.com, and can take 2-5 days to be processed before shipping. Tracking is provided in your account order page.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
